Receive Your Custom Quotation
After your consultation, we’ll provide a detailed written quotation tailored to your chosen design, stone, and metal preferences. Any adjustments you require can be made before moving forward, ensuring your custom engagement ring in South Africa perfectly matches your vision and budget.
Approve your quotation
Once you’re happy with your quotation, a 60% deposit is required to proceed. Upon receipt of the deposit, we will commence the bespoke design process, creating your custom engagement ring in South Africa with precision and care.
Approve your final design
You’ll receive detailed 3D designs of your custom engagement ring, including exact measurements, for your approval before production. This allows you to request any adjustments to ensure your ring is perfect. For extra assurance, a wax mold can also be crafted upon request.
We go to work
Your custom engagement ring will be meticulously crafted within 15–20 working days. If you need your ring sooner, we’ll make every effort to accommodate urgent requests without compromising on quality.
Receive your Masterpiece!
Once your custom ring is ready, we meticulously inspect it for perfection and provide a valuation certificate at a fair retail value for insurance purposes. Can’t collect it in person? Enjoy free nationwide delivery via courier across South Africa.
